Exotic Knife and Pistolgrip Woods

Treebone Carving is your source for 90% inlet and profiled stocks for single shot and lever action rifles. Come on in and have a look around. The menu on the left side will take you through the site, with over 200 photos of different stocks and woods, you most likely will find something you like.
If you will check out all the pages, even the models you are not interested in, you will see many different examples of wood. Rather than tell me you want "a nice piece of wood", it would be better to say you saw what you liked on (for example)- the Ruger page, 3rd picture from the top. That way we both know what you mean by a "nice piece of wood", even though it may be a Winchester or Remington that you want to stock.

Marlin 336 Cowboy .38-55, Treebone Cowboy Conversion, Extra Fancy Quilt Maple

This is a Marlin 336 Cowboy, with one of my Cowboy conversion stocks in high grade quilt Maple. You can order stocks in many different woods.  I have over 5000 dry blanks in the shop to select from. For something that will stand out in the crowd, you have come to the right place.

That's me at the carver with some Ruger #1 stocks in progress. Behind me is some of my wood inventory and work area. This is where your stock begins its life.

The Treebone Crew

This is the Treebone Crew. My wife Dana keeps us all going, and makes sure your order gets to you. The dogs keep the deer and rabbits at bay, as well as picking up scraps from the shop floor. I'm the guy that tracks sawdust into the house.
